Kristina Clore, MAI
Kristina Clore is the president and CEO of LKG Valuation Services and has a distinguished career in the appraisal industry. Mrs. Clore holds a master’s degree in Elementary Education and started in real estate appraisal in 2002. She holds an MAI designation from the Appraisal Institute which has long been recognized by courts of law, government agencies, financial institutions and investors as a mark of excellence in the field of real estate valuation and analysis.
Kristina has a wide range of experience in property valuations throughout Illinois and Missouri and also holds a Florida appraiser license. This includes valuations for lending institutions, school districts, taxing bodies, municipalities, expert testimony, and eminent domain. As chairman of the Peoria County Board of Review for two four-year terms, Kristina gained significant experience in property tax appeals.
Greg Clore
Greg Clore is the business manager for LKG Valuation Services. Greg has a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Economics from Illinois State University. He holds a Certified Residential Appraiser license in the state of Illinois and started valuing real estate in 2013. Greg has experience with rural properties, multi-family properties and all other types of residential properties.
